New Family Pictures

We finally have new family pictures.  I'm so excited I can hardly stand it!

A couple Saturday's ago, we braved the cold weather to have Haley take our family pictures.  It was a mini session, and after having one, I totally recommend it.  20 minutes and we were done.  The boys were great (despite the sprinkling rain) and Jed even mentioned that the short session wasn't too bad.  I did feel bad for the families that followed cause the rain started coming down pretty hard.

I've already ordered them for my walls and can hardly wait for them to get here.

Happy Birthday Mom!

My mom turns 50 today!!

This year we wanted to do something fun for her birthday so we headed to Vegas the first weekend in March for a girls vacation. It was so much fun. We seriously laughed and laughed and laughed...

Don't we have the most gorgeous smiles you ever did see!  I seriously can't look at these with out laughing hysterically... especially the one of my mom.  So funny!!

We stayed at the Granview which is just a bit south of the strip.  We went to breakfast on Friday, which just so happened to be Tawnya's birthday.  We spent the next 2 days exploring...

Call's Come

We were so happy to have the Call's come visit us for a few days last week.  Shara and Aaron went snowboarding and left Abby & Dax here with me and the boys one day.  We had so much fun.  Luckily Jess happened to be home that day since Dax only wanted her (she looks a little like her mom).  I tried to keep Kody & Abby entertained with play doh, but that only works for so long!  Tawnya and Reese came up so that all the cousins could play together.  We had quite the houseful, but it was super fun.  Mom & Dad came down too.  We took the kids to Jumping Jacks and they had a blast, then Lucas got a headache so that was the end of his fun for the day.  We ate at Pirate Island Pizza one night... a little too crowded and way way to loud with the live band blasting in our ears!

We had so much fun with them here and can't wait for summer when we get to spend more time together!
